Educational Objectives

To support the attainment of knowledge, competence, and performance, the learner should be able to achieve the following objectives:

  1. Recognize the different levels in existing medical knowledge of patients and caregivers
  2. Outline teaching strategies to bridge the gap in knowledge of patients and caregivers
  3. Identify strategies to assess patient and caregiver comprehension of education
