Medication Interactions iStock Image

In this webinar we will discuss each class of pulmonary hypertension medications and their most prevalent drug interactions. Medication interactions most often occur because of competing mechanisms of action or due to how the medications are metabolized. We will explore in detail the science behind each of these concepts.

Learning Objectives

  1. Define current pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) medication classifications
  2. Discuss the most common and/or pertinent drug interactions within each PAH medication class
  3. Review appropriate monitoring parameters to evaluate when drug interactions are present
