PHA on the Road: PH Patients and Families Education Forum

PHA on the Road: PH Patients and Families Education Forum, a program of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association Medical Education Fund, is a FREE patient-focused initiative educating patients and their families about the symptoms, mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension. This one-day event allows attendees to meet face-to-face with local PH patients and family members and recognized leasers in the medical field right in their hometown.
