Keystone Symposium: Pulmonary Vascular Disease and Right Ventricular Dysfunction: Current Concepts and Future Therapies

The Keystone Symposium on Pulmonary Vascular Disease and Right Ventricular Dysfunction: Current Concepts and Future Therapies was a four-day conference held in Monterey, Calif. September 10-15, 2012.  Organized by Drs. Georg Hansmann of Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School, Stephen L. Archer of the University of Chicago Medical Center and Margaret R. MacLean of the University of Glasgow, this conference brought together basic scientists and vascular biologists who are applying metabolomics and proteomics to identify novel biomarkers; clinical trialists  who discussed new designs and preliminary results of clinical trials; clinicians, scientific leaders from industry; and regulatory and funding agencies.
