Pulmonary Hypertension is a complex group of medical illnesses that require concerted multispecialty care and frequent updates to standard of practice. Medical providers from multiple specialties encounter these patients and are challenged to keep current with up-to-date best practices.
This event is designed for pulmonologists, cardiologists, rheumatologists, internists, hospitalists, as well as RNs, APRNs, and physician assistants specializing in pulmonary hypertension. The conference's intent is to facilitate clinicians' ability to evaluate and manage pulmonary vascular disorders by enhancing knowledge in the following areas:
At the completion of the course, clinicians will have a better understanding of when to refer patients with pulmonary vascular disorders to Pulmonary Hypertension Comprehensive Care Centers.
