  1. Examine the results of a national survey which evaluated inpatient prostacyclin errors in 97 PH centers
  2. Explore ways in which some centers have made changes in order to improve safety with regard to prostacyclin administration
  3. Review possible suggestions for safety practices which may be implemented in PH centers to help ensure safety
